Events at the Irish Center

                         ~ MARCH 9 – DECORATING THE IRISH CENTER                  
                                             FOR OUR MARCH EVENTS  ~
We will decorate the Irish Center for our upcoming St. Patrick’s events on Thursday morning at 10:00 A.M. Lunch will be served when we are finished. We hope all of our decorating crew will join us for a fun time.

~ MARCH 11 – ST. PATRICK’S AFTER PARADE PARTY ~
The Irish Center will host an ‘After Parade Party’ at the Irish Center on Saturday afternoon from 1:00 to 6:00 P.M. Everyone is welcome to continue the festivities. The music of John Kelly will be featured. Admission: $8.00 for members; $10.00 for non-members; Free for Children 12 and under. Cash bar and food will be available.
(NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES CAN BE BROUGHT INTO THE IRISH CENTER)

~ MARCH 17 – ST. PATRICK’S HAM & CABBAGE LUNCH/DINNER ~
We will serve a Ham & Cabbage lunch/dinner on Friday starting at 11:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. The adult platter is $9.00 and includes coffee or tea and dessert. The platter for children age 8 and under is $4.00 and includes dessert but not coffee or tea. Take-out platters are $9.00 and they are available all day by calling 302-658-8288 or when you come in. A Ham Sandwich will also be available for $4.00 and does not include coffee, tea or dessert.        Desserts are limited and will be available with the platters until we run out. The bar will be open to purchase your favorite beverage.                                                 
     We will have an Irish Dance Program performed by the McAleer School of Dance at 4:30 P.M. Please come early as seating is limited. 
     It would be greatly appreciated if any of our members can donate a dessert (cakes, pies, or cupcakes, etc.) for the dessert table. They can be dropped off at the Irish Center the day of the event or anytime during the “After Parade Party” on March 12. For information please call Cathy at 302-994-4231 

~ March 19 – ST. PATRICK’S CEILI-SET DANCE ~
The St. Patrick’s Day festivities will continue with our Ceili on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 to 5:30 P.M.  Live music will be provided by McDermott’s Handy and Friends. Admission fees are $14.00 for members and $15.00 for nonmembers. As always, snacks or desserts to share are most welcome. Our bar will be open to purchase your favorite beverages. ~ MARCH 22 – UNDECORATING THE IRISH CENTER  ~
We would like our decorating crew to come to the Irish Center on Wednesday evening at 6:00 P.M. to help take down the St. Patrick decorations and put the Irish Center back to normal.
