| ~ DECORATING THE IRISH CENTER FOR OUR MARCH EVENTS ~ |
||
We will decorate the Irish Center for our
upcoming St. Patrick's events on Friday, March 12, at 10:00A.M. and
un-decorate the Irish Center on Friday, March 19, at
10:00A.M. We hope all of our decorators can join us. We are
unable to leave the Irish Center decorated for the Ceili on March 21,
because of a Hall Rental. ~ MARCH 13 -- ST. PATRICK'S AFTER PARADE PARTY ~ The
Irish Center will host an 'After Parade Party' at the Irish Center on
Saturday afternoon from 1:00 to 7:00P.M., where everyone is welcome to
continue the festivities. The music of John Kelly will be featured.
Admission: $6.00, members; $7.00, non-members; children under age 12,
free. Cash bar and food available. (Food is not allowed to be brought
into the Irish Center) ~ MARCH 17 -- ST. PATRICK'S HAM AND CABBAGE LUNCH & DINNER ~ We
will serve a Ham & Cabbage platter starting at 11:00A.M. and
continue until 7:00P.M. Adult platters is $8.00; a platter for
children age 8 and under is $4.00. Take out platters are available all
day by calling 302-658-8288. We will have an Irish Dance Program
at 4:00P.M. performed by the McHugh School of Irish Dancers. Please
come early as seating may be limited. Tickets for the dinners can
be purchased by calling Phyllis at 302-354-1356, in the Pub on
Wednesday nights or at the door. ~ MARCH 21 -- ST. PATRICK'S CEILI ~ Our
Ceili will be held on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 to 6:00P.M. The
music of Pancho, Kevin and Jimmy will be featured. Admission is
$12.00 for members; $13.00 for non-members. Desserts and appetizers are

The Irish Library in our Center is open to the public on Wednesday
evenings 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.,
September — May, with additional hours on request. We loan out
most of our books, music and videos. Our library is a very
