9 – HALFWAY TO ST PATRICK’S
DAY ~
The NCCIS and the
Stapler A.A. club will co-host an “All
You Can Eat Shrimp & Chicken Feast” at the Irish Center on Saturday
evening from 5:00 to 10:00 pm, to celebrate ‘Halfway to St Patrick’s Day. The
doors open at 4:45 pm. Music by DJ Ralph Giofre. Tickets are $40.00 per person and include Beer, Wine, and Soda; Appetizers; and 2 Hour Buffet, with “All You Can
Eat” Shrimp, B-B-Q Chicken, and Potato Salad. There will also be a 50/50 Raffle.

~ OCTOBER 8 – HALLOWEEN CEILI ~
After a few years of not having our monthly Ceili because of the Coronavirus restrictions, we are trying to bring them back to our Irish Center. At this time we will only have a Ceili’s a few times during the year. The first Ceili will be in October and more information on this Ceili will be posted when it becomes available. We are hoping for the support of our members and friends for our Ceili’s to continue.

OCTOBER 6 – PUB NIGHT
We will have Pub Night in Blackburn’s Pub from 6:00 to 10:00 pm. It is always an enjoyable evening to socialize so bring a friend and join us.
~ OCTOBER
20 – HALLOWEEN TRUNK-OR-TREAT ~
On Friday, October 20, at 6:00 pm. We will co-host a Halloween Trunk or Treat event with the Cleland Heights/Latimer Estates Civic Association in the parking lot of the NCCIS for our member’s children, grandchildren, and the children in the Cleland Heights/Latimer neighborhood. “AUTHENTIC” IRISH BREAKFAST ~
The Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, St Brigid-1 and the NCCIS will host an “Authentic” Irish Breakfast Fundraiser to benefit Hibernian charities and the NCCIS at the NCCIS Irish Center from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Adults, $25.00 donation, and Children 10 and under, $10.00. The menu: bangers, black/white pudding, potato farls; Desserts: scones, brown bread, soda bread; Coffee, Irish tea, Kerry butter, assorted jams; and a cash bar. There will also be entertainment provided by Harper Academy of Irish Dance Presentation on Samhain. A raffle/basket of cheer/50-50s will be available. ~ CEILI & SET DANCING CLASSES ~
Dance Classes will resume on September 13 and are held on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00 pm. All classes are taught by Mary Collins. The cost for one or both classes is $6.00 per person.
